Kevin has 17 years of business intelligence experience with a focus on SAP BusinessObjects, Crystal Reports, and Xcelsius. He founded LaunchWorks (originally "McManus Software") 7 years ago after years of customer complaints around lack of BI export tools. Taking years of rich consulting experience, Kevin built the LaunchWorks software platform as a plug and play solution for BI report export. Before starting LaunchWorks, Kevin spent years as a highly sought after BI independent consultant worldwide, taking on Fortune 500 clients from Los Angeles to London to Geneva. Prior to his independent consulting business, Kevin worked for various data warehousing companies as an engineer. He speaks frequently at all the key BI conferences, including multiple stints as the annual SAP Business Objects conference.  Kevin holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Pace University.

Darren has 15 years of IT experience with a focus on enterprise infrastructure. He manages all sales, marketing, and operations for LaunchWorks. Prior to LaunchWorks, Darren worked for StrongMail Systems in Redwood City, CA as the Worldwide Director of Professional Services. His primary role at StrongMail was to build products and service offerings based around the StrongMail platform. Before StrongMail, Darren worked for both Sun Microsystems and Accenture as a enterprise Linux consultant  His talks on Linux system administration topics have been accepted every year since 2007 at OSCON, LinuxWorld, and LinuxCon. Darren currently serves as an angel investing adviser to Accord Capital Corporation in Tulsa OK. Darren holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Moravian College.

Tracey Nourie | Vice President of Finance

Tracey has almost 20 years of accounting experience. She manages all financial and HR operations for LaunchWorks. Prior to LaunchWorks, Tracey was the corporate controller for ClearCut Solutions, an LA based IT consulting firm. Before ClearCut, Tracey has held accounting positions at UPS and Account Temps. Tracey has a B.A. degree in Accounting from Pace University.

As Senior Solutions Architect, Don is responsible for the execution of simultaneous products under development through approval and delivery. Don solves business and information system issues as well as addressing the business requirements of our clients. With over 20 years experience, Don focuses on Business Intelligence and integrating BusinessObjects Enterprise applications. Don attended the University of California, Los Angeles.

Dan has 20 years of experience in marketing and new business development. He held management positions at Reader's Digest, Cendant Corporation and Lucent Technologies and senior management positions at WhiteFence (CMO) and Evosus Software (CEO). Dan has a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Pace University and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.

With over 12 years’ experience in Information Technology Tim is a leader within the team managing multiple projects and contributing to the new and innovative solutions LaunchWorks is releasing. His previous experience in Web Development and BusinessObjects development bring the perfect combination of skills needed in his current role as Application Architect.  Tim graduated from the University of British Columbia and currently resides in the Vancouver Canada area with his family.

Jessica Crook leads our business-to-business marketing activities as well as works with all our corporate leads converting many into executive-level presentations opportunities by successfully communicating unique business benefits of new technology. Her expertise is in developing marketing strategy, messages and collateral. Prior to LaunchWorks, Jessica was an Assistant Director of Admissions for the Art Institute of San Antonio. She was instrumental in providing leadership and mentoring to both students and faculty, receiving multiple nominations for excellence in 2010. Jessica is a graduate of Texas State University.

Chris Mayer has 10 years of experience in data analytics and project management in multiple fields.  In his current role as  Lead Business Analyst, he is responsible for the continued success of multiple installations of the LaunchWorks suite of products.  Prior to Launchworks he consulted for the North American office of FastReact Systems – UK on projects in the United States, Canada, and Central America.   He began his career as an Account Representative responsible for application training  for Demand Management Inc.  Chris graduated from The University of Oklahoma and currently resides in North Texas with his wife and two children.

Damon has 8 years of marketing systems development experience. He is the Application Architect who glues all marketing systems together behind the scenes and simply makes cross channel "work". He is often referred to as the "make it easy" guy on the LaunchWorks team due to his ability to code any integration between any two systems and present easy to use cross channel tools for marketers. Damon has extensive experience linking e-commerce and social platforms to CRM and email marketing systems. Previous to LaunchWorks, Damon worked for MultiView where he integrated website and e-commerce with StrongMail and ExactTarget email systems. He created refreshingly simple interfaces for marketers to create precise email marketing segments across multiple databases and "push" them into their email marketing platform. Before MultiView, Damon was a systems integrator for a hospital network in the Dallas area.
