Synchronize Users

Audit Launch synchronizes all of your application's user and group privileges with BusinessObjects user and group privileges. You do not have to develop any authentication code to export your BusinessObjects reports to external partners, customers, and vendors. As part of the LaunchPortal, Audit Launch automatically connects to your SQL based authentication structure, detects new users, converts them to BusinessObjects users, and creates matching permissions in your BusinessObjects installation. New users to your application then login to your application with correct permissions and see their reports.

Edit Users

Audit Launch provides a UI for you to administer users in your application. You can create new users or groups and assign/remove users from a specific group in your application. Audit Launch synchronizes these permissions updates with your application and BusinessObjects in real-time.

Track Users

Audit Launch augments existing BusinessObjects user auditing reports. Audit Launch provides both the standard BusinessObjects user audit reports and a set of enhanced reports. These reports complete many of your company's compliance requirements like PCI or HIPPA. All of these reports are available through the LaunchProtal framework for your viewing.

AuditLaunch provides the following enhanced reports:

• List all of your application users by group
• List all your exported Business Objects reports by folder
• List users that have not accessed any of your exported reports
• List successful and failed report views by folder
• List report access statistics by group
